This item the HONRGDA 1 Litre reusable Portal for female was utter rubbish. I have been Carer for 20 plus years and this is one of the worst item I have had the misfortune to have purchased. Had it not been for the usages and inconvenience, I would of send it back after the second day. None of the urine went into the pouch. One of the button snapped after the second day. The Elastic straps was uncomfortable and useless. There was opening that may of caused the leak but on both morning my mother was soaked and distress. This is not a product that I would recommend but my suggestion would be to create a product that pulls up like a pampers pants and better design as this is something that's needed for female restricted to bed. TO SUMMARISE THIS PRODUCT IS OVERALL POOR IN ALL ASPECT.
