**Q: Does this price include 8 boxes?**
A: I only received one box of 8 packets when I got mine.  Considering you can buy it in a store for $3.50, I was not impressed. They did not reply until after I asked for Amazon to get involved.  It took a couple of weeks. Not impressed.

**Q: How much caffeine?**
A: Te only info available on packet is that it includes instant black tea.

**Q: How many individual 1 serving packetts are in this box?**
A: 8 packets.  this is not a case price!!

**Q: I would like to know the sugar content if any?  Thank you.**
A: 27 grams per serving (3 tablespoons). First ingredient is sugar.

I still give this tea 5 stars because it is soothing and easy to take the packets along with travels. In this particular shipment, which came in a heavy paper bag, the tea box was totally crushed. The individual packets have some minor "scrunching". I will use them since I see no leakage.
