Best gadget ever!!
Legit the best gadget I have purchased in a long time. I work a part time job with door dash. I always carry a charge cord BUT there are times where I’m in and out of my car so much my phone is only able to charge so much. I ran into a task that literally killed my phone in minutes. So I had to keep charging my phone. This literally gadget will allow me to charge while on the go, no cords required and it is so awesome. It seems reliable, easy to use, worth the money, and convenient. The speed of charging seems good. I charged my phone and starting at 10:55am it was at 71%. At 11:55 I was at 97%. So i won’t use it to solely charge my phone if I’m able to use a cord charger. This is simply for instances where I don’t need my phone to die.

lifesaver
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my lifesaver. The battery isn't super strong, but for how small and convenient it is it's perfect. Won't charge my phone from 10% all the way to 100 but keeps my phone from dying on me and doesn't make me bring a chord around with it

Helped on a trip to London
Used as a mid-day phone charge for an eight day trip to London. It worked well. I was a bit hesitant to charge in my backpack because I was afraid if it was moving a bunch as I walked it might damage my iPhone charger connection. It did not, but once the phone stopped charging until it cooled down. I fully recharged the phone once each day on the run and it seemed to be faster if I shut the phone off as I was running around inside a museum or so. This is just a hunch but it may be in the products FAQ’s.

Defective but resolved
I didn’t think I was gonna leave a five star because my charger bank was defective (the iPhone piece broke off.. but I contacted the actual company and gave them my invoice and a picture of the broken bank and they are now sending me a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. The company is very efficient and helpful. If you have a problem like me, contact them. Thank you Anker company! The charging bank was wonderful while it lasted.. It charged up to almost 100% for me.

Great Anker Customer Service
The charger worked as intended. But after a year, for some reason, though it charged up fine, when I connected it to the phone it stopped charging the phone. Tried 2 different iPhones.Chat with CS from Anker and tried to troubleshoot it but still didn't work. They are now sending a replacement.Anker definitely stand by their product.

Great portable auxiliary battery for devices with lightning connectors.
Great product! I travel on planes frequently and this little solution has allowed me to keep the phone powered up during long flights.

They keep breaking
I honestly tried to give these a shot because they do charge my phone pretty well, but this is the third one that I’ve purchased that the charger port has broken on and I can’t afford to keep buying new ones. They should make these with sturdier charger parts at this point bc that is my major complaint. It’s just not worth it if they’re going to keep breaking

Nice and Compact
I like the size and compactness of this charger. It charges well and is easy to carry around in case of emergency. The way it attaches at the end - when charging you have to be a bit careful not to knock it around - or heaven forbid, snap the metal part of the charger off. I wouldn’t say the connection is loose or insecure, just that I would handle your phone carefully when the charger is attached. I wouldn’t go running with it, for example.
