The connectors weren't marked, but I noticed a lot of PCB traces around one, and none around the other, so I used the connector with the PCB traces. You can see it installed on my board. I was able to enter a file transfer mode to write to it using a Micro USB cable, monitor, and keyboard. I installed HAOS to it. There are two sides you can mount it, the one with all the connections on the board is the correct one.
