Rowing Machine for Home, Magnetic Rower with 16-Level Resistance

I had no problems setting this rower up in 20-30 mins. The Yosuda rower works as expected with a decent LCD tracker for strokes and speed but you can also connect to an app on your tablet to have a training coach or free basic workout monitor. I'm very satisfied with this purchase after using the rowing 4-5 times per week for 4 weeks now. The rower has a decent tension control, is stable and makes only a soft whisper sound while in use. If it holds up well over time I'll be very happy with this purchase.

Update 05/27 The support reached out to me & offered an upgraded rower, which has longer range & resistance. If you have been rowing already, I recommend their Pro version rather than the basic version. I am impressed by their customer obsession & how pro-actively they made things right for me. I highly recommend Yosuda & will look forward to buy their other home gym equipments in the future. ============ Amazon did good job in sales, shipping & support. Here is what happened - Item came without damage, assembly went fine & when I started rowing the counters stayed at 0's. I contacted the seller through the link on Amazon order page, twice & never heard back. Then I reached out to Amazon support who provided me with seller's support email. I contacted them, they asked for the video of the problem, diagnosed it to a faulty sensor cable(looks more like manufacturing defect to me) sent me replacement cable, I had to take everything down to replace & it worked. So now I can see my calorie burn go up(although I dont think it is accurate) I use very high end rowing machine at my gym & have multiple setting. So my comparison could be bit biased due to it. This rowing machine is silent(compared to the wind resistance one I used) But it doesnt provide enough tension on the high end. Also the range is small(the rowing bar goes all the way to the machine if I try to do full range) The counters all show something, but I highly doubt they are accurate at all. The rowing machine is stable, even at high rowing speed. It is movable easily and light weight. I think it can even be stored upright for apartment dwellers. The seat is soft & provides enough comfort for lengthy rowing sessions. If you want to buy something that is cheap & portable, look for this.

This rowing machine is great. It was incredibly easy to put together and is simple to use. You get a great workout that engages what seems like all your muscles. The only thing keeping it from getting a 5 star review was the face that the panel and Bluetooth to not work on mine, so I can't use the app or the manual system to track my workouts.

Excellent Choice. This unit is well designed, easy to fall in love with. While you can assemble it alone it goes easier with a second pair of hands. The work out blue tooth automatically comes on phone or TV so you can monitor your progress. It is silent. I recommend this to beginners or pros. It’s affordable, well designed and because it’s so easy to use I’m sticking with it.

I love this machine. I bought one 2 1/2 years ago and finally wore out the belt, so I replaced it right away. It gives me a great workout - core, arms and legs. Easy to assemble, too (and I am no great reader of instructions). I keep it just a few feet back from my big screen tv and watch action movies - so the time goes by really fast. I go 35 minutes in the morning and 35 in the evening. I use it at the highest setting, but after getting used to it, it's no problem. I definitely feel the difference in my arms and core. The one possible drawback is that it does not burn off a huge number of calories, but, nevertheless, I really love it.

YOSUDA Rowing Machine for Home I have used this Machine for under a half dozen times thus far. It's sturdy and light weight. The unit is on floor protecting casters, and stores upright quickly and easily. I appreciate the ability to adjust tension, and this is a simple mechanism operated with in arm's reach. There is also a small shelf in the front facing that accommodates a phone or tablet. This is especially useful when paired with the blue tooth enabled app work outs. The machine when in use quiet and smooth. I find the default setting for resistance (at one), fairly challenging as a person returning to rowing and building stamina. I am at the high end of the height specs. for this model (I'm tall), and so this might impact my form when on this machine -however thus far this matter has not been a concern.

Packaging was very good, and installation took about an hour. The quality seems good and it is solid and stable. I am getting a good workout and it seems to be durable. Time will reveal the true quality. I downloaded the app to track my workout and can get a good workout even on rainy and cold days. It stands up easily and stores away to minimize room clutter . For the almost bottom of the line price, the quality and functionality seem pretty good. My only complaint is that one of the bolts for the pedal was partially stripped but enough of the thread was good enough to hold it together with some heavy use. Hope it holds.

Lemme start by saying this was an accidental buy. :'D I fell asleep on my phone pressed buttons and bought it. Too late to cancel when I saw. Anyways, I honestly like it. Not made for tall individuals. Im 5'5 and it is pretty much perfect maybe 5'10 @ the most should buy this. Decent amount of resistance, used it for an hour when I assembled it. I was a little annoyed of how much tape was used to keep package the item but hey, it didnt get damaged lol. Lightweight doesnt move when going fast, sturdy, and doesnt take up a lot of space. I wish it had a little more resistance hence the 4 stars otherwise I'd give it 5. I workout everyday so this wasnt enough resistance but overall I love this accidental purchase. I haven't used the app yet. Will update in a year

It has been great so far. User friendly and love the ability to gradually increase the tension as you progress over time. Only thing is the seat is a little on the uncomfortable side so if intend to do long sessions you’ll need to buy padding for the seat
