When Teavana was purchased by Starbucks, I wanted to purchase another travel mug as a spare before they disappeared. I found these on Amazon. I purchased two of them, one for a backup. In my past experience, one has to be careful with the top components. They can become damaged. Teavana remade the design and it seemed to be working well. The beauty of these travel mugs are elegant, and svelte—my coworkers compliment the one I had before. This travel mug does not spill as the top has two components that not only seal the liquid inside, but keeps it hot or cold. I mostly use mine for hot teas. I do not clean the inside with soap, EVER! I clean it with water on the inside. I clean the top components with soap. It is very easy to hold and stylish in any setting.

This mug is amazing. I use it for ice water. It kept ice in it all day even when I left it in a hot car for hours. Also, there was no condensation on the outside of the mug. You can put it in a purse and nothing gets wet inside. It fits in the car beverage holder as well.(I purchased this mug after I purchased the L.L.Bean version of an insulated mug. The L.L Bean version was disappointing. It did NOT stay cold for more than a couple hours and there was condensation.) This HighWave does exactly what I wanted. It will get lots of use!

I was so excited to get this travel mug. fantastic color. It does keep things hot and I love the removable top that makes it leak proof. However after one week of use the push top lid that opens so you can pour or drink right out of it literally fell apart on me this morning as I was trying to use it. So disappointing. I guess its time to break down and buy a yetti.

Great thermos, same as the ones they sold in Teavana (but this one doesn't have the tea infuser). Not the easiest to clean the top portion due to all the little pieces, but still worth it!

This is my second JoeMo. The first one I bought twenty years ago and it was bulletproof. Still fiddly to clean, but it worked. This one is failing after just a couple weeks of use. The pop up valve system is falling apart with the ring part flying off when I open it. So it is verging on uselessness. Also, when I first opened the bottle to clean it, the silicone seal at the top wasn't fully in place so I had to fix that so it wouldn't leak. Seems like quality control and quality in general has degraded over the years. I won't replace it with another. If someone knows a fix, I open to suggestions.

I bought two of these travel mugs a year ago. They definitely keep hot coffee hot and cold drinks cold for quite a few hours. Easy to clean and comfortable to hold. However, the lids are poorly designed and both have broken. The lids pop apart for cleaning but after a while they will pop back together but loosely and not stay together. That means they pop apart and leak when tipped over, like in a backpack. The outer enamel coating also easily flakes off when banged but that's just cosmetic and doesn't affect the function.Since these can't be trusted to not leak while travelling, they have been demoted to "home use only".

I now own two of these. I use them whenever I am traveling in the car for the day and they keep my beverage hot for hours. My other one came with a case. If you see that option, it is a good purchase... as it also helps to insulate the beverage longer. I have actually had hot tea 5 hrs after making it. I am quite happy with this item. It holds a full 2 cups.

I LOVE THIS THING.When my last one broke 2 years ago as I drove out the driveway with it on my trunk I felt sad in the way you feel when a beloved pet dies. No joke: this exact same mug had been with me every day for 8 years. In vain I searched for a new one and had no luck. Then - on All Saints Day for that matter - this thing appeared in a random search I did to replace the 9th replacement mug I had purchased and also hated. This one does not come with a strainer but of course I still have my old one, the last remnant that I had saved from my beloved first mug.I have gone through many mugs like this. I hated them all. This is my one and only ❤

This is the second mug we have like this. One for coffee and one for tea. The drinks stay hot for hours. Works great!

I LOVE IT!! I use it for tea instead of coffee and it keeps my tea scalding hot for hours. I love the 360 degree drinking out of the pop top. It's easy to clean and I love the color.
