Thought this was a medium sized hat, as the sizes are not uk sizes, they are hong kong sizes (which doesnt help.) but it was small enough to fit a chihuahua or a Yorkshire terriers head. Got a refund, but was told I could keep the hat and give it to someone with a small dog.
