This heating pad is a great value and I like the flat heating pad so I can wrap it around my shoulder or wrap it around my bicep and it works very good. They recommend you only use 50 seconds in the microwave. However, for me I like the additional 10 seconds that they add as an option if you like it a little bit hotter.

A neighbor recommended this to help with my pain. I fell while skiing and injured my right rib cage which, unfortunately, has to heal on its own. I had already used cold packs, and it was time to use warm compresses. This lavender & flaxseed heating pad has helped reduce my pain a lot.

Works great. It does get slightly damp when microwaving, but does out quickly.

Useful, but it smelled weird when it got here. It said it was meant to smell like lavender, but it was very strongly strange. Now it is more subtly strange. It's very handy and useful, we use it a lot, but it smells weird. I didn't realize it was from China. I don't like to think of anything for medical purposes possibly having bad chemicals in it, that's why I don't like buying things from China. I am not sure whose standards on toxins are lowest, theirs or ours (USA) , but I would much rather buy this product from the US and know where the "lavendar smell" was coming from......I didn't realize it had a "lavendar smell". Without it, it's the perfect product, perfect size, and very easy to use. We will use it for a long time. Hence, the 3 instead of the 1.
