Great quality Florida orange honey!
YUM! Just Yum! If you haven't tried Orange honey before, you MUST! It has a light taste with a hit of what an orange grove smells like when in blossom. Delicious! I gave this only 4 stars because, although it is yummy, it is not the best orange honey I've had. The best comes from a little place in Piru,California. Bennett's Honey. Their local Orange, Avocado, and Eucalyptus honeys are by far the best I have found. I bought this as a desperate measure when I ran out and was making a "secret" recipe of baklava for a party. I didn't have time to order my usual brand. This was delicious, but I could definitely tell a difference. This is my new 2nd favorite.

This Honey is Simply fantastic, PERIOD
The first time we tried the natural Orange Blossom Honey we were amazed at the flavor, we have a local guy who has a BBQ on wheels business and his stuff is fantastic and the first time we stopped to try his BBQ he had a bottle of this type of honey for sale on the window counter in his trailer and I asked about it and he gave me a taste and I could really taste the underlying orange flavor very well so I bought a bottle for $20.00 and we used it sparingly because it's not something we could find locally other then from the BBQ man. After having it for a couple months our nephew moved in woth us and he started using it, but we kept it in the refrigerator so he'd heat it in the microwave and then stick it back in the fridge and after doing it several times the honey was ruined, it turned white and almost solid because heating and cooling honey like this causes the honey to crystallize and we were pretty upset especially when we found out we couldn't get it from the BBQ guy anymore and his honey wasn't commercially packaged and put on store shelves so we no longer had any of this fantastic honey nor could we buy any more. After being upset our honey was ruined and couldn't buy it anymore I decided to search the Internet and ended up looking on amazon and there it was, from several different brands but some were artificially flavored with the orange flavoring and I wanted the natural orange blossom honey because it's natural flavor comes from bees that their primary areas are orange tree orchards which is why you have the hint of orange flavors in the honey and the artificially flavored stuff just doesn't compare to the natural stuff so we ordered a bottle of this stuff and it has the same wonderful taste as the original orange blossom honey had and we are real happy to have the best honey we've ever tasted back.. I have a baked chicken recipe that has honey and orange juice, I take a few oranges and squeeze out the juice and pulp and add a few other ingredients to baste and inject into the chicken and it's amazing with regular honey but this stuff makes it even better and it's one of my wife and daughters favorite dinners so I need to order a few more bottles to keep on hand because we will never go back to regular honey ever again as long as we can find the natural orange blossom honey because once you taste the natural orange blossom honey you'll love it, and don't think that orange and honey don't go together because they do go together very well, but if your going to buy it you need to get the naturally flavored stuff because the artificial stuff either has too strong and orange flavor that overpowers the honey flavor or it has too little orange flavor and just like everything else, too much is bad and too little is bad so it has to have the right balance between the actual honey and the orange blossom and nature provides the perfect balance of flavors and is hard to replicate perfectly, so get the natural stuff if you canBC

Good Stuff
A couple of years ago, I moved from Florida to North Carolina. The honey here is good and generic clover honey is decent, but I missed Orange Blossom Honey. It has a tangy, stronger flavor than the others and is the best for many uses. I still use the others to sweeten hot drinks, but for all other uses I prefer OBH. Tropic Bee is not the best of the OBH field, but it is a good one for day to day use. For those of you not familiar with OBH, I would recommend it for a beginner, as it has a milder flavor than most.

Great taste and texture
I read the reviews on the honey and decided to give it a try. Have always been a fan of orange blossom honey every since I was a kid -- that's a long time... The taste, texture and cost are superior. If your not sure, try a smaller size. The taste is floral and sweet. The texture is perfect, neither too thin or too thick. I use it primarily for tea and cooking. I tried a little just on a spoon and it would be great on biscuits or cake right out of the bottle. It looks like it's a higher cost than the supermarket but consider the size of the container. We go through honey like water at our house and this size fits the bill. You may see some stuff in earlier reviews about shipping and leakage. Obviously the manufacturer paid careful attention to those comments. It is sealed from the inside (you have to unscrew the cap and remove the inner seal before use). There is a plastic seal externally that hold the cap in place as well. In other words, there is zero leakage and the item arrived carefully package to prevent any damage to the bottle in transit.

Tropic Bee Orange Honey
This is good mild (not too sweet) honey. I like the hint of orange flavor. This one is good added to my fruit smoothies. I like a sweeter, richer honey added to coffee like; Ambrosia Honey from Colorado's Western Slope, YS Organic Bee Farms or YS Royal Jelly Honey, all from Amazon. I prefer these sweeter honey's, but Tropic Bee Orange Blossom is good too. It's all a matter of personal taste.

Very tasty with a pure taste of honey.
I haven't used the honey in my granola yet which is why I purchased in the first place. I did taste and try it in my spaghetti sauce and felt that it tasted very good. The one thing is that it has a very strong honey taste which makes it have that pure taste to me. My store bought honey was good but until I tried the Tropic Bee did I realize the difference was in the strength of the honey taste. It's mild as far as not having that after taste of foods that are stronger in intensity from being a pure source of whatever it was taken from. A good buy as far as I can tell. I can't wait to make my granola bars to see if I get a sweeter taste than what I was getting with my store bought honey.
