Great jump rope. Easy to adjust. Recommend

The "rope" is made from a heavy gauge wire coated in plastic. It's a nice weight in that it gains a lot of momentum, it is notably heavier than some other jump ropes I have used. If it's spinning fast and you hit yourself with it, it could hurt. But I haven't had that problem much. For some reason I hit myself with it less than I do with some much lighter wire "ropes". The reason I only give it three stars is that I've had some problems with the way the ropes are connected inside the handles. It has come disconnected. Not hard to fix, but a nuisance.

Great rope but the handle is flimsy with one cracking and breaking the first day after I dropped in on the floor.
