Eppicotispai Pizza Set with Cooking Stone and Pizza Peel. Pizza baked like in Pizzeria, As in the real pizzeria ovens the lava stone will absorb the humidity from the pizza paste and cook it evenly. This lava stone is also suitable to cook any type of meat, fish or vegetable. The lava stone can be heated on stove top hobs or on top of your barbecue grill. Once removed from the heating source it will keep its temperature for at least 20-25 minutes. Made in Italy.

A: Had for a few months now and not cracked.  Treat with care and it will last.   Do not knock or immerse in water (to clean just scrape and wipe)
