I was looking for something that felt like an acoustic kit but is essentially noise controlled. This was it. A dream that I had chased for close to two decades now - finally fulfilled. Thank you NFUZD.

I am very happy with this purchased as a 30 year drummer. This is my first experience owning e-drums and for the price this is a great solution if you already own a kit. One warning... be careful with volume control! I'm comfortable playing very soft (jazz, gospel) and as loud (outdoor concerts with no drum mics) as needed. With these drums you can get great volume dynamic, just don't hit hard to try to get more volume. Hitting these rubber heads hard will put an unexpected strain on your hand/fingers/thumb. It would be great have a softer rubber or a mesh head for the snare! The hi-hat took a few sessions and trigger tweaking to perform close to a real pair of hi-hats. You really have to sync hand foot to get a nice soft open (hi-hat being slightly open and giving it a tap) accent to be as consistent as acoustic.
