Fresh and accessible
We use alot of spices in our home and find that these pre filled racks are the best value and have a decent selection we've been using the McCormick rack that costed about twice what this rack is selling for which is a great deal. The bottles are similarly sized to the McCormick bottles and I've included a few pictures for comparison. The holes are large enough to not clog up but still give you enough control in the amount of spice you want. The spices are all fresh and smell great the bottles have a safety tab which you need to remove before using that keep everything fresh and safe. The quality of this set is also very good and I would say it's superior to the McCormick rack this one is a metal rack with glass bottles that are easy to remove and place back in their slots it spins well and you're able to identify the spices effortlessly it's very used friendly and designed well much better than the McCormick that has a metal rack but has plastic bottles that feel cheap and the rack itself is very hard to use it's very hard to remove the bottles and even harder to place the bottles back in their slots. Overall I really like this spice rack it's better in almost every way that my previous rack. One thing I thought I'd mention is that one of the product pictures says it comes with free refills if you register and to see the packaging for details but my packaging had nothing mentioning anything about free refills so I'm not sure if that's a typo but even if it's not the case this is a great deal at about half the price of the named brands product.

Great system!
The Kammenstein spice rack really is not about the spice rack. The spice rack itself is solidly built, if somewhat generic, but what sets it apart is their refill program. If you buy the spice rack you get free refills (paying only for shipping, and at a fair price) for 5 years. The spices are fresh, and good quality. The selection which is available to you for refills varies by tiers, with the purchase of larger racks giving you more options. Speaking strictly for myself, I probably will not use about 20% of the spices in the rack, but that is true of any prefilled rack, and, not all of the spices I use ared available in the program. They do offer a pretty solid collection of basics, and honestly, most people need to replace their spices a lot more often than they do. That said, this is a very good deal.... even if there are some I won't use. Those are not what I will reorder, and being able to refill/ replace spices when they get stale, or we use them up, is very nice. It is easy and convenient and the quality is very good.I will add a photo of the rack when my husband is not in the kitchen (that is, when I have trhe space to do so)... but really the rack is not the main reason to buy from Kammenstein. The fresh spices and their refill program is.

I question some of the choices of spice, but it's nicely made
I think there are some odd choices in this rack for a basic 16-spice set. Like, why would you want both "Pizza Seasoning" and "Italian Seasoning"? Do you really want both Celery Salt and Seasoning Salt? Marjoram but no Oregano? Fennel Seed and Marjoram but no Thyme or Sage? But the set does come in nice jars, and the jars do come in a nice chrome rack. The rack is well built and turns smoothly on its base. I think it's definitely built more solidly than one typically expects in this price range. If you like the exact spices they provide, or just want to put labels over their spice names and fill the jars with your own spices, I think this is a terrific set to build out a basic spice collection.

Awesome spice organizer
My wife and I "upgraded" to this one so we could gift our old one. We bought the same brand because we haven't had any issues with it in the year we owned it. It rotates easily and keeps everything easily accessible. Some racks are only the rack and don't include any spices, so buying this one reduces stress of finding not only which spices but mainly a bottle that would fit! Granted, there are a few spices that I don't ever use, but you can always switch it out for another one at the store. Overall, this is a great gift for new cooks or someone with a messy spice cabinet.

Came with a broken jar.
Once everything is set up it's a pretty nice piece. The problem is that the packaging isn't very good one of the glass jars was broken. Other than that it seems like a decent set.

Reduces visual clutter.
This spice rack conveniently adds real estate to my kitchen counter. I knew that I would never use some of the spices, so I dumped them and swapped for the spices I use often. The spinning mechanism is smooth. The bottles and rack are easy to clean and sanitize. This is everything I needed it to be, and I will be using it for years to come.

A great wedding gift!
This great spice assortment makes a perfect wedding present. The SIXTEEN jars are large, and beautifully labeled. The caps seal tightly to keep your spices (included!) fresh. Each jar has a plastic film seal to keep contents fresh until first use. The shiny steel rack is attractive and spins easily, giving you quick access to your favorite spice. Happy cooking!

Nice convenience set of pre-filled spices on a rotating rack.
This is a set of 16 filled herb jars, mostly savory, with some flavor combinations. It comes with a thin metallic wire stand that turns at the base like a lazy Susan. The jars are glass with plastic lids, each labeled with a fancy font. The rack is compact enough to fit on a countertop or the middle of a table. The spices are easily accessible by turning the rack at the base, and the names of the spices are clearly facing you as you spin it.The spices are of very good quality, although some are a little redundant through the use of spice blends. These are all things that an adventurous chef will use at home. Size-wise the slots for each jar also fit select store-bought herb jars. If you ever lose one or decide to rearrange your spices, you can fit other brands jars in this rack.
