It's still a good size so expect to have it at least another 6, maybe 12 months. They don't stop you from sweating, they just kill the bacteria that makes your sweat smell and you can use them anywhere on your body where you sweat, and I mean anywhere, you just run them under the tap to clean them. After a bath or shower run the crystal under the tap and rub it on your armpits or wherever you want, it lasts about 24 hours depending on what you're doing?
