Extremely hot – a few drops will heat up an entire dish. The sauce appears to get its heat from capsaicin directly, rather than from a specific pepper, so it's far beyond the heat level of normal hot sauce. I would keep this far, far away from children.The BBQ flavor is great, but the heat will eclipse it quickly (it smells good though!). In use, I couldn't really sense the BBQ flavor, but the heat from about 5 tiny drops was enough to bring a pleasant punch to the meal.I noticed two corn-based ingredients, so if you have a corn allergy, be aware. Otherwise, dig in - carefully!

This is everything it claims to be. Seriously hot, no joke. Mixing a tiny bit into your dish gives heat you can taste and feel! There is a classic smoke aroma in the BBQ version is good without being over powering. I've had many hot sauces, this is certainly by far the hottest. Period.

Wow, who knew anything could be this hot!! I love it! Be sure to keep it out of reach of children, this stuff isn't for kids! Give it a try, you'll love it!

Very good sauce

This sauce is very, very strong. I really like that I can flavor dishes with just a toothpick dip or two. It has the heat I'm looking for without overpowering flavors- this is important to me when I've already flavored my dish to my liking. I've raved about this sauce to friends and family and have been pleased when they've tried it with positive results. It is nice to share something like this and get universally positive responses!

I like to put a dab in my crockpot meals to add that extra spice! This manages to have more depth of flavor then other heat extracts, I'm a fan!
