I tried it and felt like it constipated me more than not
I'm not really sure how quickly this put me into ketosis, but I have keto stix to see if my body has kicked into ketosis. It has showed small to moderate on the colored chart. The product said it puts one into ketosis in about 30 minutes. I tried it and felt like it constipated me more than not. Any recommendations or suggestions.

Love the taste, but not worth the price
I like the taste and love everything that’s in this, but is it actually worth $3.35 per serving? I can make or buy a small drink like this for about the same price or less.It’s only 20 servings, why 20? Why not a months supply? Technically, this is only a 10 day supply because they recommend 2 servings per day. Who wants to pay $200 a month for a drink?I’ll stick to making my own smoothies. If you plan and prep, it’s really not that difficult to keep up with.

Overall, it’s a good product if your digestive system can handle it. The flavor isn’t the best, but honestly not as bad as I expected. It’s doesn’t blend with water great. There’s still some grittiness. It did give me lots of energy and clarity. It also seemed to suppress my appetite which was a nice surprise. However, my stomach has been a mess since I started taking this. I only did one scoop a day in the morning, and I paid for it the rest of the day. I’m taking a break for a few days then I may try to see if I can tolerate a half scoop.

I love this product
Not only do I like the taste, the amazing benefits of the GREENS, but ever since I've used this product I've seen such a difference in my weight-loss vs w/o it. Even when I was only on a keto-ish diet. Now that I am training, and committed to a vegan/keto diet, the weight is truly just dropping. Thumbs up from me! I've even stocked up. Just cant be without it!

This product was horrible. I tried it twice and both times I couldn’t get over how awful the taste was that it made my stomach so upset with one sip of it. I would not recommend this to anyone too expensive and taste nasty.
