Hdgenius 10 Inch WIFI Digital Photo Frame with HD Touch Display , iPhone & Android App and Real Wood Frame – Black（IPF10B）

I purchased a frame for my mother back in April so we could send her pictures. On my recent visit, she handed me the frame in the box and said it wouldn't work, despite her best efforts. I tried to connect to the frame, and it would not work for me either.I followed the directions in the book: Plugged in the frame, downloaded the app, then went to bind the frame. I entered the ID, then when I attempted to enter the network password, I couldn't enter anything but numbers. Even Copy/paste wouldn't accept it.Further, I cannot get the "Start" button to respond in any way on the frame.I updated the app just this morning.Willing to change this rating if I can get this product to work. Contacting the email provided has not resulted in a response.

Though the Photo Frame was just what I wanted, it took me 2 weeks to figure out how to get my 1st iPhone bound to the frame. The Guide was pretty useless, and, I could find NO Tech Support help. Love the convenience of the WiFi ability, but, I'd recommend finding a unit/manufacturer with good Tech Support in case.

It’s a great digital frame. I like that I can upload pics from an app.

The Good: It connects to your home Wi-Fi allowing you to upload photos from you home anywhere in the world.The Bad: You can only add photos, not remove any older uploaded photos.

The app is the absolute minimum you could imagine for a digital frame. You can browse your camera roll and send photos to the frame. Unlike other brands (e.g., Nixplay, Frameo), you can't find a photo in the Photos app (or other apps) and share from there. So you're mainly limited to just sharing your most recent photos. If you have more than one frame, good luck telling them apart in the app, because they're identified by a long number, and can't be renamed as far as I can tell. Would not buy another frame from this company.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Not even a week old and already the item doesn’t work.
