Art Canvas Stretcher Bars (12"), (2 Pack)

Great stretcher bars, at a reasonable price, This is probably the third or fourth 'double' pair/set we have bought of this brand/manufacturer, very pleased with quality with all of them. No warped bars, very straight, hardly any knots, and very snug fit! Easy enough to get to 90' corners, a couple of staples in the joints or even a bit of glue and one is set! If stretching the canvas right/enough I don't se how one can can find the 'beveled edge' to be an issue, they are there just to make sure the bars doesn't leave an imprint or show through the canvas.. I'll definitely buy these again! My only wish would be that they would offer them in even more sizes and/or in 1/2 inch increments or even some metric (centimeter) dimensions.. :)

I have never framed a canvas before and these frame pieces made it so simple. I make diamond painting and wanted to frame one as a gift. Of course it was an odd size 56x76cm so finding a frame was impossible. These were super easy to use and definitely will order more for my next frame.

These stretcher bars work just as you would expect. The dimensions are accurate and corner joints fit snugly. One bar had a slightly damaged corner joint but it didn't adversely affect that joint. Users should note that the joints do NOT automatically make a 90 degree joint; you will have to check each corner with an accurate square and adjust as needed. Light taps with a small hammer worked for me. The best feature is they are available in numerous lengths, allowing you to create non-standard, custom frames that are not available in most retail art supply stores.

I like to do somewhat big paintings and these fit together perfectly.

What was I thinking? I was pushing to buy something I'd missed for a class and wanted it fast. Why didn't I take a drive to a local art store? Talk about buyer's remorse! This was buyer's stupidity, really. These things did not fit easily at all. I know snug--I used to stretch canvases a lot and I'm just coming back to it. And there were just shards of wood. I think I have a small sliver in my thumb, actually. I'm not planning on sanding stretchers, for Pete's sake.

Worked beautifully! This was my first time buying and putting together stretcher bars. Putting them together was was simple. They are strong and worked well under my canvas. I am absolutely delighted!

The product worked great for the project I’m working on but I was sent two of the wrong size and will have to order again. So my project has been postponed for now.

I’ve ordered these several times to mount my paint by numbers canvases and I’ve never been disappointed.
