Outstanding Device!
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! Because of erectile dysfunction caused by diabetes, it is difficult to maintain the proper aim point in the commode with my diminutive penis. The funnel properly directs the excrement to the desired spot without spillage. My cleaning technique is to pour a small bottle of tap water and a bit of hydrogen peroxide through the funnel before storing it in the holder, then giving both items a weekly shower. I hold the funnel with my left hand and rinse it with my right hand.

Great purchase
Best purchase I’ve made I can still stand up to use the restroom and saved myself scrubbing & mopping thing’s stay clean because I don’t have someone to clean up after me. I am in my 40’s I rent so nothing can be trashed when I leave as an earlier post from another buyer of product I rinse with water when done using & I use mrs. Meyers multi surface cleaner all over toilet so nothing else gets dirty and underneath the stand that it comes with I got cheap plastic short cup to catch any liquid so it doesn’t ruin the floor and I can wipe out rinse it reusable until I change it to a new one it takes mere seconds to clean after each use and bathroom smells good.

Kinda odd product, but works very well
OK. For many, I'm sure the first question is: why don't you just sit down? Good question. I'm 62, and I've found that over the last several years I simply can't empty my bladder while sitting, no matter how hard I try. I was looking for a urinal add-on for my toilet and found this - much cheaper, and easier to clean. I use it mainly at night. When I'm half-asleep I really have trouble aiming, so this prevents that problem. Cleaning it? Well, each morning while I'm waiting for the shower to get warm, I rinse it and the base. And every few days I put a bit of shampoo in first. No problems, no smell. And my wife and I both appreciate the easier cleaning in my bathroom. The only thing I would change is that the top could be smaller. I'm not trying to fit much in there, just the end. It would make it easier to store in a small bathroom.

Fail!
My husband didn’t mind using it though he found it awkward. Unfortunately, every time he did, pee would drip out when he was putting it back in the holder. Drops ended up on the toilet, the floor, and on the trash can! It’s not practical to clean after every use so after every few days when I cleaned it in shower, there was a lot of pee in the holder, which would explain the constant pee smell.

Better than expected...
The trick is to add two lanyards- A normal badge lanyard to go around your neck, connected to an adjustable face-mask lanyard that connects with clips to the No-Splash. Adjust the face-mask lanyard to the desired length. Hang it around your neck and you really don't have to hold the funnel, but the handle is there if you need to get it in position. The lanyard really helps in the middle of the night also. Another huge help is to place a clear plastic 3M hook at just the right height above the toilet, so the lanyard is always within quick reach, and leaving the tip just above the water, or in the water, when not in use. The hook makes it super quick to take the lanyard off your neck, and then to "flush" the funnel as well. See 2nd photo; in the cabinet I keep an easy grip bottle of water and a spray bottle of Mrs Meyers multi surface cleaner. After I hang the funnel back up, I quickly pour the water down the funnel and then spray the cleaner into the funnel last so the cleaner is working on any residue. Then I refill the water bottle, and optionally flush a second time. All that takes about 10 seconds, but now the funnel and bathroom smells a tiny bit like the Mrs Meyers cleaner (and I change the scent every couple of months, or not.) The No-Splash stays on the hook until next time (every 2 hrs in my case), but if someone needs to sit down, they simply lift the lanyard off the hook, without touching the funnel, and place the funnel into the stand, which is out of sight behind the door. There is no drip when moving the funnel to the stand because it has probably been hanging there for awhile. If there was a drip while moving it behind the door, then it was a drop of Mrs Meyers cleaner, so no worries. p.s. I use the MIFFLIN Flat badge lanyard which includes the hook, and the "Specialist ID" Facemask lanyard because it has great clips that will hold the funnel securely. Ok, I also have a motion light below the cabinet that comes on automatically when I walk in at night. That helps cause I still want to "flush" the funnel in the middle of the night. I flush the funnel, and spray it, every time that I use the funnel.

My bathroom no longer smells like pee
Well I have to say that a friend texted me this link as a joke but when my wife saw it she snidely remarked that maybe it will help me to stop pissing everywhere so our bathroom stops smelling like a public toilet. I'm a tall guy so my pee has a further distance to go and when I pee it generally starts out like a chaotic sprinkler shooting in all directions for the first 2 seconds until it turns into laser like focus of a stream. Well, I've been using it for 2 months now and our bathroom has no odor. Its surprisingly effective. Sure I bring a glass of water with me every time I go to pee so I can rinse it down when I'm done, i.e. extra steps. But hey, my bathroom doesn't smell anymore and my wife is pretty happy about that.
