I don't know who this chair is made for...and that's not really an exaggeration - I literally don't know who this chair is made for. I'm about as average a guy as you get - around 5'9" and pretty unremarkable ;) But this chair wouldn't really go low enough to get my feet comfortably flat on the floor - and the armrests...well. They're basically just decorative - you're never going to get your arms to actually rest on them - my elbow wouldn't come within a couple inches of the armrest, and the only part of your arm that will hit them at all would be somewhere around your wrist hitting just the very end of them if you kind of just flopped your arms straight down. So - the armrests may as well not be there. Functionally they're just there to attach the back to the base of the seat. Also, as far as "high back" goes - seems like a "high back" chair should be high enough to have at least a little bit of chair to rest your head back on - but not even close on this chair. No part of the chair back is going to make contact with your head, unless you can make your neck fold backwards 90 degrees. Other than that...I guess the quality was OK. Everything is plastic...which is par for the course at this price point. The wheelbase is all plastic, the arms are plastic, etc. Not to say that it didn't seem sturdy - just saying don't expect anything to be metal on this unit that doesn't absolutely have to be metal.All in all I guess...if you have long legs, and possibly freakishly long arms, maybe this would be a good chair for you. If you're an average size person, or smaller, with average body characteristics, there's not much of any chance that this is going to work out.Typing this up as I'm disassembling the chair and putting it in a box to ship back.

From the pictures, you can see the heights from the front and back are the same of 21" at the lowest setting. Make sure you are ok with this height. It'd rather you know it in advance before you buy it and you are not happy/returning and it will hurt your or the seller's effort in getting our benefits. This height is ideal for a higher desk of 34-36 inches. That's about the height. Nothing wrong with that if you are ok with this height. Otherwise, the chair is very luxury and excellent quality with a low cost. With this same quality chair you would have to pay at least $200s or more back in 5 years ago But with this seller I am very impressed with their services and deals for anything. You will get the affordable refund this way or that way for any problem you have. Overall, I have had a wonderful impression in buying at this seller/company for their quality services and product which you can see clearly from the real close-up pictures. And another thing is you will never get the seat cushion flatted with this type of chair because it is fully piled up as you can see from the pictures. This is what you want to have from an office chair in a long run.

This chair came to us in a box neatly packaged. It was fairly simple to put together. Definitely needed two people to put the back of the chair on the base. It is very plush but the way the seat and the seat back is positioned, feels like I'm sliding off the seat. It tilts back but it doesn't stay locked. I want to return it but after taking the time to put together, the thought of taking it apart and putting the parts back into the box seems like a huge task so I will somehow make it work by locking to stay leaned back more. Disappointed.

The chair assembly was very simple with all hardware and screws included. Nothing was damaged and packaged very well. Following the directions was straight forward leaving no questions. It only took me 20 minutes to put this chair together. 10 minutes for unboxing, which means the packing is very safe. The power screwdriver takes less than 10 minutes to finish the job. The chair is surprisingly comfortable, well made and many compliments on the leather surface. I use this chair 6-8 hours daily, 7 days a week. Adjustments are easy to reach, locking and unlocking vertical is easy and the back provides enough resistance so you do not topple over.

This chair is extremely comfortable and cushy but......I got this as a gift for my father who likes to recline while watching tv in his office and this chair is way too short and slightly narrow. I had already assembled it before I realized this so I don't want to de-assemble and return so I am stuck with it. I ended up finding a big and tall chair for him at Staples.

This is good if your body doesn’t have feelings, also I’m 5 11” tall, arm rests are too short for me. You can buy a much better chair than this for the same price or less. Just don’t buy this.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Good quality and easy to assemble. You really don't need expert assembly if you have energy and time. It took me 30 to 45 minutes. The last portion of assembly is tricky where you have to lay down the chair on its back and align the screws without wearing them in wrong direction.
