Q: Are these grains grown in orgnic cows milk? Or could you tell me what type of milk they are grown in?

Yes, kefir grains grow (and ferment milk in kefir) in any organic milk: cow, goat. They also grow in regular cheap milk but quality of kefir is slightly lower. Very very rare cheap milk is so bad (antibiotics???) that kefir grains refuse to grow. Coconut and almond milks is OK too.

Q: How many tablespoons of grains are in order?

It was an old order, more than a year ago, and I believe two or three tbsp of healthy and good quality grains.
