I had this speaker for 6 days, and it stopped working. It would not turn off. I couldn't play music, I tried to charge it - nothing. I tried to hold the power button down for a really long time, nothing. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a link to click on to do an update. I couldn't get the link to work. I think it is ridiculous that the speaker needed a software update after 6 days. I told them the link didn't work, they suggested I use a different computer to open the file. Nope. Don't have a different computer to open the file. I returned the item, and bought a Bose instead.

Sound is really nice, only problem is couldn't figure out how to attach the strap so just left it off. Plays perfectly with ipad and sounds works across a broad area, despite the unit's relatively small size. Happy with it.

Excellent build and sound quality, even for an audiophile. Sounds better than UE Boom and Bose mini. You may notice it brighten up after it breaks in, for me this was about an hour into playback. Would buy again!
