The Booty Belt bands are great! The EBook resources you get with them are very helpful and in themselves worth the purchase. I had a question and customer service was very prompt in answering my question. Highly recommend!

Okay, so I'm on my 2nd set of these workout bands. The first set snapped just shortly after 2nd use of them. The company promptly replied replacing them with another set. I received my 2nd set and bam snapped them again. I am officially giving up on this product.

I was super excited to try out these bands, they are great, the quality is nice; the only down side is, it came with no instructions. Some examples of workouts would have been nice, now I’m left trying to figure out the best way to use them.

Did not receive an e-book, it the book that came with it gives enough information and suggested programs/exercise plans. I bought this as a way to perhaps simplify my exercise routine that I use regular resistance bands for and found that for flute work, the blue provides a nice burn while going through the exercises, but for me the pink didn’t provide much resistance on things like kick backs. The pink would be great for a beginner or someone seeking a very light resistance as for some exercises it almost felt like I had nothing.

Product appeared better than I thought when they arrived. The bands have great resistance and do better than the standard bands you buy.

Product looks good, unfortunately there was no included exercises or anything about the described ebook. So I have the tools, but without any clue how to use them, it won’t do much good.Edit: I was contacted by the seller within hours of reviewing and given the missing info. I've been using this almost every day since I got it and I love it! The book that comes with it has advice and exercises to try as well as pictures. I take this in the little bag it came with to the gym with me and use my last 15 minutes of my workout to do the exercises in the book. This comes with the band, book, and bag for a very reasonable price. This band is more useful than just ordinary resistance bands because of the length and loops. It's designed specifically for these workouts which makes it worth buying.
