Description only says 3 but what are they?** A: 1st level is easy, next one med. and last fairly stiff but non are terribly difficult. Bands are really very short and not as useful as they would be if they were longer and would loop around feet, etc. **Q: Can they be used to help your back?** A: Not sure I understand question, but you can use them to stretch over your head and down your back then back over your head. They're fine to do leg exercises with, but about 10-12 inches too short to do other long pulling with them. They're just stretchy rubber. **Q: I understand that orange green and blue are the same level of resistance, but what level of resistance is that?** A: I would say they are easy. I could not tell you weight resistance because nothing is marked on them.
