Reliable handy accurate—many uses!
Love it! Use it for correct temp for milk or water for yeast, grilling outside in the dark because it lights up, stove top to make sure chicken is done, etc. I use it all the time!

It is very good so far. I have used it many times in chicken, beef and other foods. It makes it super easy to avoid overcooking burgers and getting medium rare steaks perfect.

This thermometer seems to work just fine. I bought it because it has the information printed on the thermometer but I have to use a magnifying glass to be able to read it, the print is too small.

The gateway to sublime cooking.
This is a fantastic probe. I have tested it beside several other expensive restaurant probes and it's right in the bullseye, I use these in a restaurant setting in place of the expensive NSF probes for the casual temperature work that goes on day to day. Critical test's are ALWAYS backed up with a second NSF probe, but I have never had a discrepancy with it's measurements. Buy two.

Fast read!
This meat thermometer reads the temp of the meat quicker then other ones Ive had. It also has a light on the screen to help make it easy to see if you are cooking in dim lighting. I always have to look up safe cooking temps of pork, chicken and beef and this thermometer tells you in case you are like me and keep forgetting.

As usual this item came on time, wrapped safely. There were no instructions, but even I was able to figure out the simplicity of usage. It works well and I would purchase this item again if I have a need to.

Works exactly as I expected.
I love doing steaks and finally it comes exactly as I like them (medium well). Perfect for getting a fast accurate temperature reading for meatfrom oven, bbq or off the stove top.

Awesome
Bought this to make bread. It is extremely easy to use, accurate and a great bargain. Used it to check temp of yeast and bread when it came out of the oven. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will purchase again in the event it breaks.
