Stainless Steel Bottleless Water Cooler/Dispenser by Magic Mountain Water Products Water Pyramid Series (2 Stage EZ Change, Rm-Temp & Cold)

First of all, thanks Al for answering the phone after hours. I had a really basic question and he quickly assured me of my presumption.This is a very basic unit without the hot water feature and without any filtration since I have my own filtration system. The back of the unit had a white tube hanging down and I could not tell if that was already connected internally or not and that was my main purpose for the phone call.The unit works very well and the cold water is quite cold and the room temperature water is as expected. Please note that this is a cooler and will make a little noise while it turns on in order to maintain the coldness of the water.

The unit cold tank leaked from the start although we did not find out until it was too late. Gina promised us if we had any problems magic Mountain would take care of us yet the company has done no such thing. We have to place a plastic catch bin underneath the unit to deal with the leak which has damaged the baseboard due to constant dripping. The reason we rate it a two is that the dispensing of the water is convenient we have to shut off the unit on Vacation due to potential flooding. Customer service is non existent. It took Amazon to force them to answer after a week of ignoring our calls and emails through their website.

This cooler is awesome! It has great water pressure. The water is super cold. We had to buy some extra parts at Lowe’s to connect it behind the fridge but not a big deal since it’s meant to go under the sink but I didn’t want to put it there. Highly recommend and the water tastes fresh and clean. Really happy with this purchase.
