This a great product, not messy, and easy to use. Does not leave residue on the skin. I can do both my legs with one cartridge. Definitely cheaper that going to a waxing studio.

This is the worst experience in my online shopping. The wax had a cap on it and it was stuck. When I heated the wax I removed the cap and this is what I saw. Someone else used this, returned it and I ended up getting it. So grossed out.

I wish I could give it a zero star. When I received it the paper was stuck and torn, it was not easy to get it out. It took forever to heat, I kept it in wax warmer for 2hours still it didn't melt. Roller didn't function properly. I won't recommend
