The little handle to open up this basin door just broke right off. Sure, you can unscrew it, but try to find the replacement hardware. In order to find a match to the other side is next to impossible.

The ugly countertop cannot be removed without destroying the cabinet. (Ask me how I know.) Customer service never returned my voice message asking how to remove the countertop. Had I known, I would have returned the cabinet. The style is cute, and the cabinet is surprisingly sturdy despite being made of press-board and resin-coated plastic. (If there is any wood, I didn't find it.) The color would have gone nicely with the new tile in my tack room. I wanted to use the cabinet. But, the countertop that I received was cheap and hideous. When I couldn't get it off, I had a professional try to remove the countertop. It's not happening.
