Bread machines have different quantities of ingredients versus hand kneadings. Without a recipe to tell you how much of everything you're going to spend a lot of money experimenting to find the correct recipe. I'm also a little concerned that these other flours might create an extremely stiff dough that would strain the mechanism of the bread machine, especially the drive belt. There's no replacement drive belts available so it could be expensive. What I would suggest is using the dough programme that creates a dough without cooking it, then finishing it off by hand. Aldo check that it's not too stiff a dough. Heavy straining sounds are what you're listening for although a little straining is ok. Btw this is an excellent bread maker. I use it 2 or 3 times per week and get perfect results every time. Enjoy! **Q: I received mine without measuring spoon and cup. Where can I get them from?** A: It is easier and more accurate to weigh ingredients. You can get a cheap digital scale for this. Its easy and quick to use. My only issue with it though, is that when the dough is getting kneaded by the machine, it causes it to vibrate quite a lot, and slowly moves to the edge of the kitchen worktop, so you may want to get a rubber mat to put under the machine.
