Best Workout Available for Under $20!!!
I consider myself extremely fit but The Inovix Two Sided Gliding Disc Bundle gave me a fabulous workout and although I could feel the burn this was actually a very safe workout. It is appropriate to beginners to experts and it the best thing to come along since baking soda in the refrigerator! I highly recommend the Inovix Two Sided Gliding Disc Bundle for those who want to get in shape or stay in shape. It is a fun way to build muscle and get that much needed cardiovascular in.

Love these gliders!
I absolutely love these! I use them on carpet and hardwood flooring, and they glide easily on both surfaces. I don't use with the socks provided, just my workout shoes (sneakers). These definitely intensify my workout which is exactly what I was wanting. Very happy with this purchase, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to incorporate in their workout.

First time ever using it and one of the socks has a hole. So sad. Other than that everything was ok

They do the job I guess
After using these for a few months they get hung up for some reason. I clean them, but eh, it still happens. And if you have bigger feet, beware, these aren't very wide so you have to pay attention to foot placement to avoid injury

The discs+socks are really an innovation!!I honestly think the discs are the best quality, they slide perfectly, without scratching the floor. The socks are the best idea, it's exactly what you need so the feet won't slip off the discs.I can't imagine how I could do the exercises without them! Plus, they are really nice and comfortable:)

Love these exercise sliders!
I got this as an add on item and I'm super pleased. Love that they also came with 'grippy socks' which makes a world of difference. Definitely a staple for working out at home!
