Prevalent Water Alarm and Water Leak Detector by Kobwel
Bought one of these earlier this year to detect boiler overflow. Easy to install, rugged construction, and most importantly, extremely sensitive to contact with water. Has alarmed us twice, and is working perfectly.I needed a second one recently for a colleague ... such a pity these are currently not available. Have found nothing comparable with this product.

Does exactly what is says and nicely made. Be aware that the water sensor (very sensitive) is light weight and designed to be screwed down. In my case this was not possible so I simply stuck a spare chunk of UPVC to the top of it to keep it flat and level to the floor (under the shower tray and sitting on a plastic sheet). Very happy happy with it.
