Medicines and Epipen Shot Carrying Case with Universal Medical Alert Symbol

This case is great! I wanted something I could wear on my belt, that my shirts could cover if needed and a "fanny pack " was not an option. It fits both of my pens nicely and securely. The flap has a very strong magnetic lock so the pens cannot just fall out but is very easy to open when needed. A must have!

This is the best epi pen case available. It is large and roomy yet fits perfectly. The belt clip adjusts so you can hang it vertical or horizontal. It's magnetic closures are very secure. If you are looking for a super epi pen case then this is the one.

The case would have received 2 stars if it did not cost so much. The Shell of the case is overall good quality and will last a long time. Strong magnets close the case but they do unintentionally come open so often spilling the epiepen on the ground. The belt clip is design for light duty and also unintentionally becomes disconnected from the belt. Lastly the rotating clip has no friction after about a week of use, so the case tunes will not stay vertical or horizontal.

The WastBuddy Epipen case is very useful to carry an Epipen, especially when you are not certain about where you will be at a given time. I like it's convenience as a belt carrier.

I got this for my husband who was recently diagnosed with a severe allergy and now needs to carry an Epipen. He doesn't carry a "manpurse" and you can't just stick an epipen in your pocket. He kept leaving it in the car which did NOT thrill me. The other holsters he found didn't suit him because they either were too obvious (such as the arm holsters) or too hard to reach (leg holster) or too ugly or cumbersome. He really likes this case because it is pretty unobtrusive but still easily accessible. He can position it on his belt wherever is most comfortable and he really likes the fact that it swivels from vertical to horizontal and clips onto the belt instead of having to thread the belt through. It can even be clipped onto his waistband if he isn't wearing a belt. It's also nice that it closes quite securely but isn't hard to open. Definitely a winner!
