Worked well and will seal if left on the presto valve

I used as adapter from Dunlop to Schrader. It works well, is just a bit hard to push air in but it works.

The valve adapters worked exactly as described. I received the adapters on time and they were a breeze to install. I will continue to buy these as needed.

Son bought a bike tube not realizing he couldn’t inflate it so this fixed that.

These adapters appear to be made from solid brass, rather than gold-colored anodized aluminum like most others. I purchased these for a recumbent trike, so i appreciated the inclusion of more than 2 units in the package, and also the inclusion of both presta and schrader valve caps.

During the pandemic there were no tubes with Schrader valves. Only Presta. This solves the problem i had cause my pumps are both Schrader. Good product at a good price

These brass adaptors are a quality made product. The supplied O rings are also high quality synthetic rubber (EPDM?) and relatively thick, apparently to enhance the seal. The enclosed Presta and Schrader caps are just plastic, disappointing to me as I prefer metal caps.I have had good luck with these converters not leaking air, but I always use a bit of tire mounting compound around the seals and also on the cap threads under my own metal caps. Without the compound I suppose air might leak at a faster rate with a converted valve versus the original, but I can't say for sure. As the saying goes, your mileage may vary. If you do get air leaking faster than you can tolerate try getting a thimbleful of tire mounting compound from a tire shop; that much will last for years. All my tire valves on all vehicles I remount bathed in compound and it works great at sealing.I find these adaptors were manufactured to good quality control standards and work as advertised in converting Presta to Schrader valves.Priced at seven dollars for four little bits of brass and some O rings and caps seems a tad high to me. I'd prefer the assortment to have more adaptors and O rings while skipping the caps. Not everybody needs caps for Schrader or Presta and if they do they can purchase them separately is my view on that.
