Couldn't hurt to try this cooling mist.I like the slim, portable size of the bottle, which makes it easy to tote to outdoor events, or keep in a pocket while doing yard work.It does give a cooling sensation on the skin (largely due to the menthol, I think), which lasts until the spray evaporates. So, really only for a minute or so for me. I guess it's enough to provide brief moments of relief from the heat, but it doesn't last long enough for this to be a real solution for me.I wish I had tried a different scent. This Classic Original Scent smells like one of those muscle rub creams, which I don't particularly care for.
