Work a treat.
Having bought an Apple Mac 4 mini and not being an IT genius realised I needed a converter for legacy stuff. These work a treat. Good enough for me.

Fix devices that won't charge over USB C
I've got a cheapo tablet that I have mounted in the car to use for Ordnance Survey maps running on MemoryMap and the car only has USB C outlets. The tablet has a USB C input but lacks the internal software to sort out the polarity of the incoming power (in other words it isn't a PD capable device). These little adaptors contain the necessary chip and enable connection to a cable with a USB A type fitting one end and a USB C fitting on the other. They enable the tablet to charge while it's in the car and I'm a Happy Bunny.

Must have USB-A to USB-C Adapter for Macbooks 💻
It's solid and well made, not flimsy at all. It clicks in securely and doesn’t wiggle or randomly disconnect. I’ve used it with a few USB sticks and accessories and everything just works. No weird connection issues. Very small and portable. It works perfectly with MacBook. Truly plug and play. Doesn't get in the way of the MagSafe charger either! I honestly only needed one adapter, but I don’t mind that it comes in a 2-pack. These things are tiny and possibly easy to lose, so having a backup is actually pretty handy. One small tip: You should attach the adapter to your USB device first, then plug the whole thing into your laptop. Plugging the adapter into the MacBook first and then inserting the USB drive is less stable and definitely isn't reliable, and could potentially damage your USB device when forcing the connection. Overall, simple and dependable. Would definitely recommend!

Ich habe mir das 2er-Set der UGREEN USB-C-auf-USB-A-Adapter speziell für mein Auto gekauft, um mein iPhone über den USB-C-Anschluss mit dem älteren USB-A-Slot des Fahrzeugs für Apple CarPlay zu verbinden. Vorteile auf den Punkt gebracht: - Stabil: CarPlay startet sofort, läuft flüssig und hat keinerlei Wackelkontakte. - Kompakt: Der Adapter ist schön klein und stört im Cockpit überhaupt nicht. - Top Qualität: Sitzt bombenfest und wirkt sehr hochwertig. Fazit: Da man direkt zwei Stück bekommt, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für das Auto!

Quiet and sturdy
You get two qty , and both are sturdy. I used this to connect my wired usb mouse to my Mac mini. It’s quite strong and has held up to rough usage.
