It's the perfect size and seals the edges very well, (don't forget to use egg wash around the borders before putting the cover sheet and use a rolling pin to seal and cut)

Product is good but made smaller ravioli than I thought. 21/2" size is more like a good size.

I like this product. It perfect to make gluten free ravioli. Using the food I am allowed to eat. It will come in handy.This product I like . On a special diet. Now I can make ravioli that I can eat.

It works, but there were no instructions, and I still haven't quite figured out how the parts go together. It would make sense if the tray fit under the metal part with the ridges to cut the shape, but it doesn't. It sits on top, which prevents using the cutting edges, or you can invert the metal part and push it from above. Maybe I'm missing something? In the end, I decided to just use the plastic tray and manually cut with my old pasta cutter. The tray alone has made it much easier to get better-stuffed ravioli.

Whatever you do, do not buy this product! I was using it to make ravioli. When I ate a piece of ravioli, a metal shard from the mold broke off into the roof of my mouth. It hurt very badly and was hard to remove. I inspected the metal mold more closely and rubbed my hand across it and another piece of metal broke off into my hand. I had to throw away all the ravioli I made.This product is very dangerous and I highly recommend you remove it from Amazon so nobody else gets hurt.

Some learning curve here. Just make sure your pasta is thin.

My grandson and I made raviolis and they looked as good as they tasted!

Somewhat difficult to use. Doesn’t make defined edges. Takes awhile to figure it out. Not the worst
