Really disappointed with the purchase. I previously bought the Spiral curlformers which were amazing. This product arrived without one of the black applicators, and several of the curlformers were already split at the rubber ends. The quality just was not the same. I have tried to resolve this but no one has responded.

I want to preface this review by saying that the product itself is great--you are absolutely able to get defined, stretched curls with little or no heat. The only negative I experienced was that 1) there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to installing them and 2) it's quite time-consuming to install and allow to dry if you go fully heatless.It's a hard sell if you roller-set your hair a lot, but one benefit is the stretch you get on Day 1. Definitely worth a try if you're curious.

tried this and it takes a while to get the hang of it and it still isn't as easy as it looks on the videos. Many times i feel like im going to pull my hair out and the curl isn't as tight as promised but i will keep trying and leave another review.

I really did have high hopes having read the reviews. Trouble is I'm struggling with them it's pulling the hair shaft through the tbe. It gets about two thirds of the way in then gets stuck maybe I need to persevere
