I was pretty impressed with the ingredient profile of Post Edge and that it's physician formulated so I decided to give it a try. As a former athlete and current weight lifter, I could definitely tell the difference in my recovery periods and strength performance. The smore's flavor tastes great and it mixes very well with just water with absolutely no clumping. The fact that its low fat and low carb, gluten and lactose free is a big plus. Didn't have the usual indigestion issues that I've faced with MANY other protein supps.This definitely deserves to be called a premium product and I look forward to ordering more!

POST EDGE is the first post workout protein that has all the Ingrediants I would add into my PWO after my workouts ... But the makers of PE are Physicians who understand how the body recovered and grows and even added an anti-inflamattory matrix (turmeric, Boswell, etc). I have battled tendonitis in both elbows for years and this PWO with its high quality Ingrediants really seems to have helped reduce pain and inflammation in my joints. Check out the people who designed this! DOCTORS! PRICE is less then it would be if you added all the Ingrediants later on!!! Hands down .. my new PWO shake... and new flavors coming ??? One of.my favorite ways to enjoy this is also using it to make protein waffles!!!

Post Edge has become my post-workout MUST! I can actually FEEL the difference in my workouts and especially during my recovery. I know for a fact the anti-inflammatories have helped as joint pain and aches have been a chronic problem for me. Very easy on the stomach and never feel bloated as it dissolves very well. I've been using kre-alkayln for quite sometime and the fact that this patented creatine is included is a huge WIN!

I've been using Post Edge for a few months now and I've never looked back. Its helped me loose 12 lbs of fat and I've had some nice gains in both strength and muscle mass. I've been going extra hard in the gym and this product has really helped with recovery which only reinforces me to go to the gym lol. I've noticed faster recovery times and no bloating or gas issues like most protein powders I've tried. Love the fact that this is tested for heavy metals since this isn't even required by the FDA. Mixed well and tasted great. Will be purchasing again!
