Great as a minimal prompt journal
I've never been great at journaling. When I have tried to do it, having to respond to "prompts" just makes it feel fake and artificial to me. However, I did want to start writing down my gratitude reflections. To do this, I wanted a journal that was lined, undated, and mostly prompt free. This journal is perfect! It's attractive and it includes quotes, a bonus that I like. It does have some prompts, but they only appear occasionally, and I can take or leave them (they are actually pretty good). The only thing that would make this better if it was spiral-bound, but I can live without that. Recommended!

Beautifully Written
I absolutely love my gratitude journal. It has very beautiful questions that make you reflect back on the things you’re thankful for.

Just Perfect
I wrote in this book every single day for an entire year (well, maybe missed just a few busy days). Wonderful motivating suggestions on most pages but plenty of space to write whatever you feel like writing. I dislike those journals that try to box you in with precise little spaces or numbered lines or that tell you what you must write about that day. This journal has suggestions that make you think more deeply about all aspects of life. Just wish these authors would publish a new journal. In the meantime, I'm buying another one of these for next year!

No questions asked buy this journal! It is beautiful and it is the absolute best way to end your day. This journal has prompts to help you think of what you are grateful for so even if you’ve had a long day or there’s nothing you’re particularly grateful for, you can and will end your day with a sense of gratefulness. MUST buy! This is the only journal that I’ve easily made time for each day. I love how there are blank pages inbetween to just freely write about what is on my mind as well:)

Journaling, Good for the Heart, Soul & Mind
I bought many of these 5 minutes a day journals to give away as gifts during Christmas time to women I work with. I believe journaling is good for the heart and helps reduce stress. I looked at many journals and found this one supplies you with special quotes from famously strong women. This is a great journal for someone just starting out.

Content seems good-but....
Content of this book seems good..but nothing haven't seen before in these kinds of books..but! If you have any tactile issues, please be aware that the cover of this book is that"rubbery" feeling kind and was so off-putting that I had to request return/refund..very disappointing but I know that does not bother a lot of people ... just thought worth mentioning if it does!

Great for mental wellbeing
This is such a helpful, inspirational journal with many different prompts throughout the book, as well as quotes to reflect on. I highly recommend this book if you are trying to incorporate gratitude and positivity into your routine.Gratitude and positivity are very good for your mental health and overall wellbeing
