Training with a DVD
I use spinning/cycling dvd's alot to support my training over the winter when cycling out on the road on dark wet nights is impossible. I decided to give Rick's dvd series 1 and 2 a try and have not been disappointed. This video series is one of the best that I have come across for several reasons:1. Technical content2. The authors Knowledge of the sport3. Rides feel close to riding on the road4. Workouts can be varied in level, time and intensity5. Great section on heartrate training zones6. Most extensive range of stretching exercises on a cycling video that I've come acrossI fully recommend this video to any serious cyclist or triathlete you won't be disappointed.
