Are these like the garbage disposer fresheners from Plink or Glisten?

Yes. They are very comparable to Plink, Glisten, or Arm & Hammer but for a much better price and with better packaging.

can these be used just dropping in the drain. i dont have garbage disposal ?

I don't know why you need a garbage disposal cleaner if you don't have a garbage disposal!!!

is this harmful to arobic spetic systems?

I'm not a chemist or a plumber, but the package claims there is no harm to septic systems. Works for me!
