Grit Sharp offers a double sided diamond whetstone sharpener with a non-skid rubber base. The sharpener has a fine 600 grit and an extra fine 1200 grit, each with monocrystalline advanced technology. The fine diamond grit allows you to sharpen to a smooth and fine edge. The extra fine diamond grit will polish and hone to razor sharpness. The two stage sharpening with an interrupted surface and a continuous surface offers an ideal, all purpose sharpener. It will quickly sharpen the toughest materials, including tool steel, carbide, titanium and ceramics. It is an ideal sharpener for cutlery knives, woodworking tools, garden tools and machine tools. The sharpener has two diamond surfaces that measure 8 5/8" x 2 1/2". Sharpen dry or with water.
