A couple of years ago I wrapped all the Christmas presents in brown wrapping paper and at first my friends and family mocked me but the resulting parcels ended up looking so pretty and tbh with the minimum of effort, they were very impressed. So I decided that this year I would do it again but this time the labels I would use much better quality labels as I used were just the bog standard ones you get from stationary shops and by the time I had bought all I needed and ruined a few of them I ended up paying a lot more than these cost.I am no paper crafter I really don't know much about the different types of paper and grades etc and although from the picture you can see I do have a lot of stamps and things like that I'm basically a craft hoarder and have rarely used them. What I do know is that this is good quality thick paper which was easy to stamp on and took the ink really well. You won't see in my picture the string because I accidentally threw it away but like most hoarders I have a stock of string inc butchers string which I will have been using in anycase.You actually get a lot in this pack and this is a perfect little excuse to get some friends together to sit and stamp/craft away making labels. Or if you like to have some quiet time on your own crafting then make some pre Christmas pressies and deccorate a few of these and give a little bundle to the ones you love, or at least like. People really do love to be given hand made things much more than we think just knowing that someone spent some time making something just for you is a lovely treat. Or just add them to your hoard lol.

With Christmas coming up and it being birthday party season at my children’s school, I seem to spend my life cutting name tags for gifts. This multi-pack of 100 gift tags should make my life a little bit easier.They arrived very promptly and are packed in a little plastic bag for storage.First impressions are very good. They have a nice and consistent colour, a rectangle shape with some cloud cutting on one side. The hole for putting the string through is precut and can be pressed out very easily.The description didn’t really say anything about the thickness, but I am very pleased to say that they are quality tags with a good thickness card. They don’t bend easily and will look nice on a gift, even after it has been thrown in a big bag with all the other gifts.The labels also come with a very generous 10m jute thick string twine which is easily cut and looks good with the label.I tried writing on the tags with both felt tip and pen and the writing was very clear with no running colours or smearing.I really can’t find anything to fault these labels and am looking forward to using them.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review, which I was very happy to give you.
