WC100 Water Station Cart with Outdoor Sink

Very easy to put together, works as expected

Great in some ways, cruddy in others. Most pieces fit together perfectly during assembly, and others I had to wrestle with. Some of the hardware is incorrect also. The box that it came in is large enough to fit the fully assembled unit in, so I'm not sure why it just doesn't come fully assembled.

There were parts missing to put together the water station. I had to go to Lowe's in order to find needed parts to complete assembly. Not too sure about parts/assembly quality control. Once I got it together, it's terrific and works great!

This thing is a cheap, plastic piece of junk. Trying to contact the company for help with assembly (one piece did not have screw holes where it was supposed to) takes you to a web site that my virus program says is harboring dangerous malware. Another web site says the company went out of business a few years back, so I wonder where Amazon gets its stock. I really, really want a portable outdoor sink that hooks up to a hose for my greenhouse/garden area, so I will try to make it work somehow.

Takes a bit to assemble, but works as advertised.NOTE: First unit failed after 2 days. Amazon shipped a new one immediately, however, DIS-assembly to ship the defective unit back was unbelievably difficult.

It was NOT that hard to put together. The un-drilled holes do not need to be drilled, as the screws go through the plastic just fine with a hand screwdriver. Lightweight and portable --

We love this sink! We have it set-up outside at a seasonal camper. We have used it all summer and have had no issues. The fold away faucet feature is very nice.

I was excited to recieve this item as it had been on my Wish List for quite some time. It required quite a bit of assembly, but I really did not mind this as I enjoy putting things together. My disappointment came after about on hour of assembling many small parts, when on the last step I realised that one of the many pieces was actually broken (the connector on the faucet line that hooks up to the garden hose). After closely examining it and many trips to home improvement/ hardware retailers, I learned that this part could not be found. My next step was to look up the contact info for Backyard Gear online. Disappointment yet again. All the numbers listed were disconnected. In another very negative review, I found a number and called it and left a message. Within an hour Tom called me back and all my disappointment was replaced by hopeful anticipation when he said that I would not find the part, but, he would send me a new sink top to replace the useless one within days. I was thrilled and made sure to give him my delivery info. Days and weeks went by and I never received a thing. I have called him back and left 3 more messages, no reply - no surprise! So, disappointedly I am stuck with a shelf (which I did not need) and not a sink. Had Tom sent me that sink, I was prepared to order 3 more for my other homes, not a chance now. This product is a total waste of money and the worst customer service I have ever received in my 58 years as a consumer. Since I waited so long for the sink that never came, I missed my deadline to return to Amazon. If you order this item and it has broken or missing parts, return it immediately to Amazon as I am confident that you will not have any success dealing with Backyard Gear. Not blaming Amazon here.
