Capacity only 3/4 of advertised!
Update 9/10/2019: The seller has reached out to me and replaced my original battery with another one (after a mistake in shipping me an iPhone 6S battery as well.) The new battery is SLIGHTLY higher in capacity, coming in at around 3700mah, and I will note this one did include the safer plastic tool, and had leads that were closer to the correct length. So adding a couple of stars back for customer service attempting to solve the issues and the slight improvement. Note that the screenshot is of the newest battery. It's a battery, it only needs to do one thing (well two, if you count "fit") and that's hold energy. This claims 4755mah, but after 5 charge cycles over two weeks, it measures out at an average of only 3,567mah (using AccuBattery), which is barely better than the battery it replaced.Secondly, the connection leads are slightly two long, leaving you to bend/squish the wires to make things fit.The instructions it comes with show separating the glue on the old battery with this plastic scraper tool, but there was no such tool included, and instead there seemed to be this thin metal tool. DO NOT USE THAT ON THE BATTERY! It definitely cut into the jacket of my old battery, under the metal where you can't see it until you pull it out. In fairness, I figured that might be a risk, and thought I could be gentle enough, but also didn't care to "save" my old battery, expecting a new one HAD to be better. But now that's not the case, and I can no longer put my old battery back in, and that leaves me stuck with this one until I try another brand.

Saved My Nexus 7 Low capacity at 30 days.
The capacity is very adequate for my old Google Nexus 7 tablet. Still use the tablet to check surveillance cameras on our internal network, nice being able to keep it in service. Closer to 3400 mAh than 4700 after 30 days of service. Still better than nothing. Will update review as soon as battery declines more. Not sure if it ever did meet spec.

Reasonably Priced battery solution
After being shipped a battery other than the one pictured, I returned it, and was shipped the correct replacement. Installation took about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I installed this for a non-tech friend, and can’t dpeak directly to the battery performance over time. It appeared to charge fine and restored a seemingly dead tablet back to life. At this price point it’s worth consideration if you are trying to get more life out of your Galaxy (ASUS manufactored) tablet

I'm surprised to say I'm quite happy with this
I thought this was too good to be true, but my Nexus 7 is back from the dead! Very happy with this. Took me about 10 minutes total to swap out. Very handy tools it comes with, too. It's only been a week but it charges and holds its charge very well so far.

It replaced an aftermarket battery that was about two years ...
It replaced an aftermarket battery that was about two years old which wouldn't hold a charge and overheated. It's worked well for a month so far.EDIT 9/09/2018: After about six weeks in service, this battery no longer would go on quick charge and seemed to lose its charge quicker than it did when new. This malfunction was confirmed by substitution with an Asus-branded battery..
