Great preworkout and have energy to last me through. Can get a bit grainy at the end but great taste!

Starting to see muscle growth. Tastes great
I learned that Amino Acids are essential to allow protein to work. I started taking this after seeing no results from my workouts and increasing protein. I am 63 years old. I am now starting to see some muscle growth and bulking, which I lost from multiple surgeries causing down time. The taste is great in the peach mango and I love that there are minimal calories because I prefer to eat my calories, not drink them.

Love the clean ingredients
Love that it's clean plus the added bcaas and electrolytes. But the peach mango is almost too tart for me. I like to drink my pre-workout in just a few ounces of water real quick before I exercise, sooo it's tough to get down. Hoping to try another flavor.

Didn’t work
Taste was good but it didn’t work. I have a low tolerance so I do half a scoop nothing second day whole scoop nothing 3rd day 2 scoops nothing. I wish I would have just returned it before opening because it didn’t work for me at all

Keto friendly
I've tried a lot of supposed "Keto Friendly" supplements over the years to give me that pre-workout pump I'm looking for.This is the first one that I've tried thst is actually truly keto friendly.Taste us pretty good with no strong after taste like you find in a lot of keto drinks. Pump kick in about 30-45 minutes after consumptionMy only gripe is that after a few weeks you adapt pretty quickly to the dosage and I find myself having to use two scoops for a full workout regimen which gets costly pretty quick.That being said this is the only pre workout fuel I've found so far that doesn't make me sick or give me heartburn.I reccomend you give it a try at least once and form your own opinion especially if you follow a clean keto diet as well as work out..

Works, but tastes bad
I take this product before working out and feel it does work. However, it tastes chalky and terrible. I’ve tried lots of kinds and this is one of the hardest ones to get down.
