My skin is softer, hair healthier and gut is happier!
I’m now on my second batch of these supplements. Studying biomedicine I know the importance of Collagen in the body and having Coeliac Disease I know the poor state my gut is in. Over the past 6 weeks I can honestly say these have definitely helped. My skin is glowing more and feels softer, it’s helping with my acne, but most importantly I’m in a lot less pain after eating. I don’t think these are a miracle supplement that will fix everything, but along with diet changes and improving your gut health with other things too alongside this I think you’d see some great results. I’ve already recommend to other friends!
