The photo quality was the only good thing about this product. But I scratched a spot with my fingernail when I was putting one together and it scraped the picture off in that spot.The item description shows a photo of an example balloon and it is on a string giving the customer the impression it is floating.This balloon is less than 8inches across once filled with air and a balloon that small won't float even with helium in it. I work at a balloon store so I know.I ordered 3 of the balloons for my daughter's sweet 16 and was beyond disappointed when the package arrived today. There are no instructions in the bag so unless you work with balloons you wouldn't know what to do with them and they would appear to have no way to fill them. They CAN be filled with regular air you just have to rub the white tail at the bottom between your fingers and it should split apart so that you can stick a small balloon straw in between the pieces and feed it carefully up in to the balloon and blow it slowly up.There was not a stick included, I just happened to have one because I work with balloons for my job. The colored tube that you attach the balloon to once it is filled is also not user friendly, not even to someone who works with balloons on the daily.And because the balloon is so small, the font for the words was too big and ended up across the face of my daughter too. Poor planning and execution on the company's part.Definitely not worth paying $10 per balloon for that I got!Buyer beware!!!

This balloon was perfect for my Adult Cousin's Surprise Celebration! It was a hit, everyone was asking about it. It arrived earlier than expected and it looked just like the picture I sent it. It was affordable, I will use this company again for future parties! 5 Stars for sure!

Bought several of these for a birthday party with various pictures of the birthday boy. The balloons were too small to float with helium in them. They sank like a rock, even worse than a regular balloon with air in it. The ads for the balloon say they float. Couldn't use them for the party since didn't blow them up until hours before the party so it was too late to order something else. What a disappointment. Do not order if you intend to have floating balloons.

Wanted them for my sons bday...took awhile to get in and then they have writing on top of other writing. It will do but not at all what i expected.

The media could not be loaded. I like this product and I dislike it cause it’s smaller then I thought and can’t really read my messages on them they was for an one year anniversary balloon release
