Great service amazing value for money and came with no hassle

Resistance is really soft even on hardest setting (and I am 1m75 tall), the first try is okay and then the rubber bands are stretched and more flexible so you dont feel like you're exercising anymore. it broke after a couple of soft exercice sessions, really not worth the money.

This is a great concept but there are problems with this item. The leaflet they’ve included which shows the 40 exercises you can do, is a joke. The pictures are very small; it’s hard to see in some how the instrument is being used. It’s very fiddly and flimsy so I wouldn’t advise trying to do all 40 exercises with it. Use your discretion to avoid hurting yourself. Other than what’s stated, it’s alright. You get what you pay for.

This method of exercise is very good. The machine is useful although it is bit light, it has worked well for me. But also use it mindfuly. The delivery was a debacle (Hermes is the courier - very poor).

Very easy to use, great value for money

It was a shame there were no clear instructions, had to refer to internet for how to use it and there was only one short video so it remains in a cupboard unused.

I bought this for my daughter as she needs to do exercise but works very long hours and has a small child. Perfect for her
