I use the zero degree every day on my neck. I have arthritis in my neck area and this helps keep my neck loose and the muscles warm. I can use it multiple times a day, and the scent goes away very fast. I keep one in my purse in case I feel the need for it while I am out.

Use this every nite on my lower back. Works great!

I have to agree. This is the only topical pain reliever I've ever found that actually does anything. Forget Icy Hot, or the other Ben Gay stuff. You keep this in your freezer and then apply it truly at zero degrees. It works well and it lasts a while. It has vanished from stores which I find incredibly annoying. Neither the local Walgreens nor CVS have ever heard of it, so they say, but a couple years ago they stocked it. I hope it's not going to be discontinued because some idiot got frostbite from it. That's about impossible, the stuff warms up instantly but it does feel very cold going on (if you've kept in the freezer) and that's the whole point. I'm already not happy about having to buy this - and so many other products I've grown attached to, on line because stores just don't think it's worth their space. When retail stores go under completely, they'll have their short sightedness and failure to listen to their customers to thank. Store managers of the big chains have no say in what they can stock any more. If you see something in a store that's really great - buy all of it while you can.
